Overview Flower Power is Australia's largest retail Garden Centre & Lifestyle group, boasting 11 retail stores across Sydney and Maitland. We cultivate, source, and sell an extensive selection of plants, landscape materials, outdoor furniture, homewares, and gifts. About the role We’re on the hunt for an energetic, customer-focused Horticulturalist to be part of our crew. Your main responsibility is to deliver quality customer service whilst providing expert advice. You will also assist with sales of nursery products and maintain a clean and organised work environment. We have Casual opportunities available in both Penrith and Milperra Garden Centres. About you A qualification in horticulture A proactive, get-things-done attitude A love for working outdoors and thriving in a fast-moving environment Strong customer service and sales abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills A positive, enthusiastic team player with plenty of energy Flexibility to work across retail hours, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays How to apply If you’re passionate about horticulture, enjoy the buzz of a garden nursery, and love connecting with customers, we want to hear from you.
