Overall Functions General handy‑person and trade duties Carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance work Maintain the presentation of the centre to a high standard Provide excellent customer service skills in order to deal with tenants and clients Flexible approach to work with occasional night shift work Requirements Previous experience within maintenance/handyman Versatile handy‑person skills Ability to use Power tools, Forklift, scissor lift (EWP) highly desirable Basic plumbing skillsPhysically capable of moving equipment Ability to be part of a team. Be self‑motivated and responsible Liaise with customers as required.
