The Finance Business Partner serves as a key liaison between finance and business operations, operating strategically and operationally to align financial strategies with business objectives. Responsibilities include strategic financial planning, business improvement initiatives, financial health management, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. They collaborate with global shared services units, cross-functional teams, and global divisions while demonstrating strong technical, commercial, and interpersonal skills.
