Creative Design Lead

As the Creative Design Lead , you will enhance JSHealth’s branding and design experiences, bringing fresh new perspectives to how we communicate our brand and product value propositions across a wide range of mediums. You will be obsessed with new design trends, aesthetics and craft, with an experimental approach to creativity. You will lean into design technology and tools to produce scroll-stopping visuals at speed. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role. You will help shape the future of JSHealth’s branding and design, while working closely and collaboratively with the existing Design team and wider Marketing team. What You’ll Do Shape Campaigns From Concept To Rollout: Develop visual identities, art direction and overarching "look + feel" briefs for product and brand campaigns. Manage Creative Production End-To-End: Research and source best-placed creative elements of a campaign, including talent, photographers, videographers, studios, HMU artists, wardrobe, all within an allocated campaign budget and delivery timeline. Build + Contribute To Scalable Creative Systems: Establish design guidelines for campaigns, new creative workflows and tooling that helps us scale at speed. Produce Unique, Experimental Creative: From social ads, email marketing and OOH, push the JSHealth brand to new heights while maintaining our core design guide. Collaborate + Grow Internal Capability: Contribute to the Design team’s overall growth and collaboration globally. Bring to the table ideas and lessons learned, to collectively excel as a team. About You 5+ years of experience leading multi-disciplinary design, across digital, print and brand, with a track record of owning the work and vision end-to-end. You’re obsessed with your design craft and detail, but agile enough to produce creative at scale and speed. You’re comfortable and confident across mediums and tools, in particular Figma and Adobe InDesign. You are equality conceptual, strategic, and execution-based – not afraid to roll up your sleeves while maintaining and inspiring the creative vision for the wider team. You work collaboratively and respectively with a team. You know when to take ownership, and when to let others take the lead. You’re excited by emerging design technology and eager to lean into new trends and capabilities with AI. You’re hyper‑organised and well‑versed in creative systems, briefing workflows, and task management tools such as Asana. Bonus points if you’re passionate about health and wellness, and supporting women to feel their most confident, energised selves.
