What we're after: Retail and pool industry experience preferred A positive, can-do attitude — someone who takes initiative, shows up on time, and gets stuck in. Strong communication skills — confident helping customers, answering questions, and guiding them through product options. A genuine interest in learning — we’ll teach you water testing, chemical balancing, product knowledge, and more. Team player vibes — you’ll work closely with both the retail and mobile technician teams. Willingness to work across our Albany Creek, Stafford and other surrounding stores within our territories. What you'll be doing: Greeting and helping walk-in customers, answering product and service enquiries. Conducting pool water testing and recommending treatment solutions (we’ll train you). Selling a range of pool chemicals, equipment, and accessories — from floaties to filters. Maintaining store presentation – restocking shelves, keeping things clean and tidy, and assisting with visual merchandising. Learning the ins and outs of pool care products, and becoming a go-to in-store expert over time. Supporting our service team with stock, equipment, and customer follow-ups. Lending a hand with deliveries and / or basic admin tasks as part of the day-to-day. Store opening, closing and cash handling.
