Project Officer

Wellcamp Business Park is seeking a motivated Project Officer to support our Development and Civil Construction teams in planning, coordinating, and delivering a diverse range of projects across the precinct. This role offers the perfect balance of office-based coordination and on-site involvement, ideal for someone who thrives in a hands‑on, fast paced environment and enjoys seeing projects come to life. Key tasks and responsibilities: Assist the Project Engineers, PM’s, CA’s and Operations Manager in delivering civil, infrastructure, and development projects Coordinate product documentation, reporting, and progress tracking Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timelines and quality standards are met Support procurement, scheduling, and project budget administration Assist with design coordination, tender preparation, and compliance documentation Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and safety compliance Prepare project updates, reports, and communications for management review About You: Tertiary qualification (or working toward) Project Management, Engineering or Construction Management Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools Current Drivers License Construction White CardExcellent organisational and communication skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities A proactive hands‑on attitude with a commitment to safety and team work Monday – Friday role, home every night Gain exposure to a diverse range of infrastructure and construction projects Supportive team environment with opportunities for professional growth Competitive remuneration based on experience About Us: Wellcamp Business Park is a self‑sustaining commercial hub supporting industries such as aviation, transport, manufacturing, and construction.
