Our Role We're seeking a motivated and detail-focused Senior Accounts Officer to become an integral part of our high-performing finance team. Working as part of a national team, the Senior Accounts Officer is accountable for ensuring the delivery of high quality, high performing service that provides transactional and administrative support to the firm. The role is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of requests, responding to queries from key stakeholders to support them in understanding the firm's accounts processes and requirements, while contributing to ongoing system and process enhancement. Responsibilities Act as a subject matter expert in accounts payable and financial systems, supporting training and process improvements. Contribute to strategic and process improvement initiatives. Partner with administrative and client-facing teams to resolve requests and deliver support across all locations. Provide leadership, training and feedback to offshore transactional team members. Ensure accurate processing and record-keeping of all accounts payable transactions. Manage and reconcile the firm's corporate credit cards. Support broader finance functions, including Trust Management, Accounts Receivable, Billing, and general inquiries during peak periods or absences.
