As an industry leading company in Industrial and Commercial Services based in Ingleburn, we currently have an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and progressive Operations Manager to lead, develop and implement change in all operational areas of the business. An excellent renumeration package is on offer to match the demands of the role. About the role: This is a demanding role that requires a highly motivated leader, energetic, enthusiastic and customer focused who has the necessary drive and ambition to succeed. The position will require a significant investment of time and energy with a rostered on-call component. Reporting to the Business Manager this hands on role gives you the opportunity to influence and implement change, develop your own team to improve operational efficiencies and contribute to the overall strategic development of the business. Responsibilities: Managing the day to day activities of Operations including the allocation of staff and vehicles to specific customers and jobs Leading and developing the Operations team Development and achievement of Operational key performance indicators Liaising with all levels of management and other key stakeholders Prepare reports, analyse data and make recommendations for improvements Optimise fleet and equipment utilization and reliability Deliver exceptional Customer Service both internal and external Skills and Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant work experience in a similar leadership position Able to grow and develop in a dynamic high pressure environment Ability to develop effective working relationships and good influencing skills High level of written and verbal communication skills Ability to work autonomously in a busy environment Technologically savvy with ability to learn Benefits of the role: An excellent renumeration package including Base Salary + Super and Company Car (or car allowance) Ongoing Professional Development through our parent Company Positive work culture with the chance to work independently and collaboratively within a great team environment If you believe you have “what it takes” to succeed in this role, then we would love to hear from you.
