About the Role We are seeking an Interior Designer who will be responsible for planning, designing and overseeing interior construction projects from concept through to completion for our hospitality and commercial projects. The role involves developing bespoke, functional, and visually compelling design solutions for commercial, residential and hospitality projects, ensuring that each space is tailored to reflect the client’s vision, brand identity and practical requirements. Key Responsibilities Conduct design briefs by consulting with clients and stakeholders, clarifying project type, location size, vision and estimated time frame. Evaluate and analyze spatial requirements by assessing floor plans, traffic and activity flow, space functionality, accessibility, safety compliances and aesthetic goals. Develop bespoke spatial concepts that reflect the client’s needs, brand identity and project objectives. Prepare and deliver design proposal presentations to showcase interior spaces, furniture selections and overall atmosphere to clients. Liaise with clients, management, suppliers and construction teams to develop and implement design solutions that meet project requirements, budgets and timelines. Design and curate floor, wall and ceiling finishes, and select furniture and décor that complement the project’s overall aesthetic. Prepare plans, specifications and detailed technical drawings for construction. Supervise the construction and installation of interior spaces to ensure design specifications, quality standards and project timelines are met. Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline (required). Minimum 1 year of professional experience as an Interior Designer (preferred). Strong proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite). Excellent project management and communication skills.
