Your efforts will ensure a smooth process in production and high level of customer service. Reporting directly to the Workshop Manager this position is a permanent full-time position. You will be performing a diverse range of functions including general administration, processing orders, compiling quotations, scheduling jobs, procurement, coordinating inventory, invoicing, document control, reporting & liaising with customers. Requirements Well-developed customer service and business communication skills Advanced administrative skills with a focus on quality and accuracy High level proficiency in MS applications (word, excel) Experience in manufacturing operation/workshop environment Expertise in business database usage or with an ERP/MRP – data entry, report generation and analysis Demonstrated experience with invoicing, job costing and job closure – advantageous Qualifications in Business Administration and/or relevant work experience Company Ampcontrol is challenging the future by solving the most complex problems in energy.
