To do so, we need the help of an experienced Brand Manager, or BM ready to step up into a Senior Brand Manager position, to join our growing Brand and Marketing team. In this role, the Brand Manager will be reporting to our Head of Brand & Marketing, guided by the Head of Brand & Content and CEO, to bring the brand strategy to life through cohesive, well-executed campaigns, product launches, and in‑market activations. The role is hands‑on and execution‑focused, requiring close collaboration with product development, creative, social, influencer, PR, customer service and regional teams to ensure all initiatives are on brand, delivered on time, and optimised for commercial success. Responsibilities Support the Head of Brand & Marketing in planning and rolling out annual and quarterly marketing plans. Support the Head of Brand & Content to ensure all campaigns & product launch assets are briefed and brought to life in alignment to strategy and budget. Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for assigned projects to ensure high‑quality execution. Work cross-functionally with product, creative, sales and retail teams to deliver in‑store activations, point‑of‑sale materials, and promotional campaigns. Work in collaboration with Innovation Director to create briefs for new products, assist with pack development and support retailer sell‑ins. Conduct category analysis to identify market shifts and opportunities to inform strategic decisions. Manage the relationship with the PR agency to deliver strong local coverage and media relationships. Work with internal influencer & partnerships team to amplify the brand, drive credibility and grow the Gem community. Track and manage campaign budgets for assigned projects. Monitor and report on campaign performance, measuring the effectiveness of plans against objectives. Qualifications Minimum 6+ years experience in a similar marketing position, with a strength in brand marketing, trade marketing, ideally in retail with some digital experience. Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communications or related field Previous experience working in the FMCG industry, beauty space preferred but not essential Ability to both think big picture and be a visionary/idea generator - leading strategy and planning while also getting involved in the details of execution. Experience managing a budget. Experience working with cross functional partners or clients to meet their business needs. Ability to organize and manage multiple detail-oriented projects and to meet deadlines.
