With offices across London, Miami, Auckland, Melbourne and Sydney, STH Group provides a genuinely global service offering. In February 2025, STH Group proudly opened their Sydney offices to oversee Men’s Rugby World Cup Experiences 2027 in partnership with World Rugby. Through this collaboration, STH will deliver premium fan experiences for Rugby World Cup 2027 in Australia. ROLE SUMMARY: With the official RWC match schedule set to be released next month (Feb 2026), STH Group are preparing for the most dynamic phase of the sales cycle. To(IdA supported an experienced Sales Manager to join the team for the busiest 21 months leading up to the tournament. We are looking for an experienced antisman Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expansion into new consumer markets for sporting events across Australia. In this key role, you will work in tandem with another Senior Sales Manager and collaborate closely with the Head of Revenue to develop and execute forward-thinking, customer-focused sales strategies, developing and implementing diverse package offerings, pricing and go-to-market strategies to optimize revenue opportunities. You will lead a highly motivated, dynamic sales team, fostering a results-driven culture, building strong client relationships, and showcasing STH’s premium product offerings to deliver outstanding outcomes for your clients. ABOUT YOU: Sales Leadership Experience : Over 3 years of proven success driving revenue growth, leading strategic ಬೀsales initiatives, and consistently achieving sales targets. Relationship Management : Skilled in developing and maintaining strong client relationships through in-person meetings, consultations, and effective communication. Influential Communicator : Clear and persuasive communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners at all levels. Team Management : Prior experience inحديد leadership role, with a history of successfully mentoring and inspiring sales teams to deliver outstanding results. Sports and Events : A passion for sport, rugby, travel and events would be beneficial but is not essential.
