Sydney CBD Location Circa $160,000 to $170,000 including superannuation Report into an inspiring leader About the Organisation : This organisation plays a pivotal role in shaping Australia’s clean energy future, driving innovation and impact across the sector. You’ll be part of a culture that values proactive thinking, flexibility, and strong partnerships—especially within the People and Culture team. We are seeking a Change & Organisational Development (OD) Specialist to strengthen the growing P&C team. This permanent position is critical to building internal capability and supporting significant organisational change. About the Role : You’ll be hands‑on, execution‑focused, and passionate about driving behavioural and mindset shifts across the business. This role offers the opportunity to expand into broader OD initiatives as change programs mature, while contributing to learning and talent strategies that shape the future of the organisation. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to : Build change capability and embed changemethodologies across the organisation, especially among the P&C function. Develop communication schedules and briefing plans to support initiatives. Continue and enhance existing learning programs. Map career progression paths and ensure consistency in promotions. Develop succession planning strategies. Introduce and embed psychometric tools & create policies for consistent tool usage. About You : To be successful in this role you will bring : Change management certification and a relevant tertiary qualification are essential. Experience sitting within an HR function is essential. Strong HR background with hands‑on experience in people‑centric change initiatives. Exposure to psychometric assessments (SAVL experience highly regarded). Practical, “roll‑up‑your‑sleeves” approach. Continuous improvement mindset. Adaptable and proactive, with a genuine interest in OD.
