The Role Our Café/Kiosk Attendants need to have the highest level of customer service skills. The primary responsibility of our Café/Kiosk Attendants is to deliver first‑class services to our patrons, ensuring it is in line with our Mission, Vision and Values. Key Areas Of Responsibility Include Provide excellent customer service to all customers Maintain the appearance and presentation of the café Replenish condiments as needed Follow health and safety guidelines Cashier experience: taking orders and handling cash Apply sound cash handling principles and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems Promote the centre's services and programs to our patrons Develop and maintain good working relations with patrons Provide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food options Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends. Hours may increase during the centre's peak periods Skills & Attributes Positive, friendly, helpful and energetic work style Coffee‑making/ barista skills Food handling Certificate Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2) Current CPR Certificate Current Food Handlers Qualification Police Check Working with Children Check Ability to be flexible during the centre's peak periods Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but candidates with a friendly attitude and a customer‑service mindset are encouraged to apply About The Company Belgravia Leisure is part of the Belgravia Health and Leisure Group (BHLG) and is the fastest‑growing leisure organisation in Australia.
