Join our Digital Platform team at FOSS and help shape the quality of cloud-based analytical solutions used worldwide We are looking for an experienced QA Test Automation Engineer to build and evolve automated test frameworks, enabling end-to-end test coverage for cloud-based analytical solutions. You will work closely with developers to secure continuous high-quality releases. Key responsibilities: With a tester mindset and perspective, you will be responsible for giving input for testability and automation. Define and execute manual tests of new features to make sure these follow specifications and can be effectively automated. Drive development and maintenance of the automated test frameworks. Identify test cases which are candidates for automation and implement tests cases and/or assist developers in implementing test cases. Transition manual test to an automated environment. Assist with identifying resolution and reproduction of reported software issues. Additionally, we expect you to work on-site to support better internal collaborations. Primary Qualifications You have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role, including relevant experience in developing, enhancing, and maintaining test automation framework(s) using test automation tools. Knowledge of testing processes, tools and methodologies. Holding an ISTQB certified tester certification is required. Certification in ISTQB Test Automation is an advantage. You have experience in Agile Software Development and Testing. Programming experience in C#, typescript or relevant scripting languages. Secondary Qualifications Knowledge and experience with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) using Azure DevOps is an advantage.
