About us L'amour Skin Clinic specialises in luxury facials and advanced skin treatments. Shifts typically don't exceed 8 hours and we build in plenty of padding time between bookings to prioritise quality over quantity. About the role We are seeking a casual clinician to join our team. You will deliver premium skin treatments using industry-leading products and technologies, and contribute to an elevated client experience. Rostered weekend and evening availability is a must. Key responsibilities Conduct detailed client consultations (including skin-scan device & skin DNA test) Perform advanced facial and skin treatments including : Hydabrasion / Microbrasion / Oxybrasion Peels using Ocosmedics & Medik8 Cosmelan program O-Biome Oxygenating Therapy Dermapen4 Skin Needling Korean Glass Skin Facials, Ultrasound Facial, LED Therapy, Dermaplaning Lymphatic drainage and Neck, Shoulder, Décolletage massage Recommend and retail cosmeceutical / cosmedical skincare products Build and maintain strong client relationships – ensure client retention and premium experience Work collaboratively with the team to support a calm, luxury-oriented clinic environment The ideal candidate will have Diploma of Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) Minimum 2 years' experience in a high-quality skin / beauty clinic environment Proven experience (and evidential results) using Ocosmedics & Medik8 peels Experience and competence in Dermapen4 skin-needling treatments Weekend & evening availability to work rostered shifts Reside permanently within ~15km of the clinic location Full working rights in Australia Exceptional interpersonal skills, reliability, professionalism, and a client-centric mindset Why join us Boutique luxury environment focused on quality of care rather than high volume Friendly, supportive team culture where staff wellbeing matters Access to advanced product lines and technologies — build your expertise Casual role but with available rostered hours up to 40 per week for the right candidate Evening and weekend shifts built into rostered hours How to apply Please submit your CV and a detailed cover letter that specifically addresses how you meet the above criteria (e.g., mention your specific experience with Ocosmedics, Medik8, Dermapen, Cosmelan; share client-retention successes).
