Your role will involve: Motivating, coaching, and identifying transferable skills to help individuals thrive in the job market. Ensuring participants have the tools and resources to succeed. Connecting employers with our participants Who are you? We are looking for you to bring a commitment to making a difference through connecting and supporting our youth participants into sustainable employment. We are looking for: Confident communication and interpersonal skills Experience in coaching, mentoring and case management in Employment Services will be highly advantageous Attention to detail and skills with administration systems Demonstrated experience in customer service, sales, contact centre or recruitment will set you up for success Proven success within target driven environments is highly advantageous You must be able to balance empathy, dignity, and respect in your daily work with a drive to ensure we achieve positive business outcomes.
