This hands-on role will see you coaching and developing your team, managing workflows, and upholding compliance and safety standards while driving continuous improvement.## **Key Responsibilities:*** Lead and motivate the Sort team to meet daily targets* Manage staffing, schedules, and workflow to maximise efficiency* Ensure safe handling and use of equipment* Build strong relationships with contractors and internal teams* Identify process improvements to enhance operational performance### ## **PM Operations Supervisor**## **Schedule: Wednesday – Saturday, 5:00 pm – 3:00 am (four-day work week)**We’re also seeking a PM Operations Supervisor to oversee evening operations within our busy delivery hub.
