Network Capital Delivery Manager – West Footscray Join GrainCorp as a Network Capital Delivery Manager to support the delivery of our GNE Capital Delivery Program across Australia & New Zealand. The role will ensure that design, engineering, project governance, and stakeholder relationships operate efficiently in line with GrainCorp’s Capital Policy. About the role Support the centralised execution of design, engineering, project governance and stakeholder relations for the GNE Capital Delivery Program across AU & NZ in accordance with GrainCorp Capital Policy. Provide guidance to the project team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. Deliver capital planning support across GNE (AU & NZ), helping prepare and develop 5–10 year capital expenditure programs aligned with GrainCorp’s overall strategy. Ensure centralized and best‑practice management of engineering standards. Manage end‑to‑end project delivery, including technical engineering support and contractor management of all capital projects across the GNE business unit. Qualifications & Experience 7–10+ years in a project engineering team delivering large capital projects, ideally in foods industry, agriculture or animal nutrition. Strong understanding of statutory and legal requirements related to design, safety, and environmental compliance. Willingness to travel weekly across Australia and occasionally New Zealand. Experience leading and managing in a 24‑hour operational environment. Background in manufacturing operations and maintenance environments. Familiarity with production planning processes. Experience in the food manufacturing sector (Fats and Oils or similar). Proven implementation of continuous improvement/lean methodologies.
