We are hiring Casual Poultry Packing Staff to join a leading national poultry processing facility. Ideal for reliable workers seeking steady shifts and hands‑on production work. About the Role As a Poultry Packing Process Worker, you will support daily production and packaging operations to ensure products meet strict quality and food safety standards. Key Duties Packing, weighing and labelling poultry products to specific order requirements. Working on fast‑paced production and conveyor lines. Handling raw poultry safely and hygienically. Performing basic quality and visual checks. Loading, moving and stacking trays, cartons and materials. Maintaining a clean and hygienic work area. Following HACCP, GMP and WHS procedures at all times. Requirements Ability to lift to 15kg safely and repeatedly. Comfortable working with raw poultry and in cold room conditions 5-10 degrees. Experience in food processing, factory work or production lines is highly regarded. Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual tasks. Reliable, punctual and able to work in a fast‑paced environment. Must have strong understanding of written and spoken English. Strong attention to detail and safety.
