Overview POP MART, founded in is a global leader in pop culture and designer art toys, with over 250 stores and 1,687 Robo Shops across 23 countries. We are opening our Australia flagship store in the heart of Sydney. Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire a large-scale retail team of 50+ team members at our flagship location. Create a fun, energetic and customer-focused culture that embodies our brand. Drive sales performance, achieve store targets and deliver exceptional KPIs. Oversee flagship store operations, including team rostering, stock and operations, visual merchandising and store presentation. Recruit, train, coach and develop team members (with support from HR and Area Manager) to build a high-performing and engaged workforce. Ensure flawless execution of seasonal launches, brand activations and major promotional events unique to a flagship store. Collaborate cross-functionally with key departments to align on business goals, staffing and store priorities. Uphold compliance standards, health & safety and loss prevention procedures in a high-volume environment. Required Skills Proven experience managing and developing large retail teams (40+ people) in high-traffic, high-volume environments. Strong leadership with people management, coaching and communication skills. Goal-driven with ability to deliver strong commercial results while maintaining operational excellence. Experience across scheduling, reporting, performance management, recruitment, and large-team rostering. Highly organized, adaptable and able to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced flagship environment. A genuine passion for pop culture, collectibles, and creating memorable customer experiences.
