Civil Construction Truck Drivers: Northern Tasmania - Ongoing Roles Randstad is currently seeking experienced and ticketed MR, HR, and MC Drivers to join our busy civil construction crews working across various essential projects in the Northern Tasmania region. If you have proven experience driving in the civil construction sector and are looking for consistent weekly hours, competitive pay, and ongoing assignments with potential for permanency, Apply Today Key Skills We Are Hiring For: MR, HR, or MC Truck Drivers with current licences. Experience hauling materials such as asphalt, aggregate, spoil, and general civil construction plant/equipment. TasNetworks' "Instructed Persons" training (Preferred, not essential). A crucial component of this role is a willingness to step out of the cab and assist the crew on the ground. We are seeking reliable and proactive all-rounders who are happy to jump in with hands‑on labouring when not driving. What You Will Need to Succeed Current and valid Australian Driver’s Licence for the class you are applying for (MR, HR, or MC). Demonstrated driving experience within the civil construction or road maintenance industry. Work Safety in the Construction Industry (White Card). A strong sense of teamwork and absolute commitment to site safety procedures. Essential: A reliable nature, pride in your workmanship, and a genuine willingness to assist with hands‑on labouring with the crew.
