Dental Solutions Kalgoorlie – Kalgoorlie WA Experienced Dental Assistant & Dental Receptionist Dental Solutions Kalgoorlie | First Impressions Dental About the Role Dental Solutions Kalgoorlie, part of the First Impressions Dental (FID) group, is expanding our team. We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant and Dental Receptionist to support our busy clinic. You’ll be joining a friendly, fast-paced environment focused on delivering high-quality, calming and community-focused dental care. FID operates multiple clinics across regional WA and Perth, offering excellent opportunities for growth, training, and long-term career progression. Dental Assistant Responsibilities Chairside assisting for all general dental and emergency procedures Sterilisation of instruments and compliance with infection control protocols Preparing rooms and equipment for each procedure Supporting dentists and oral health therapists during treatments Recording patient notes as directed Assisting with stock control and ordering Providing calm, compassionate support to patients during their visit Greeting patients and managing front-of-house operations Appointment scheduling and recall management Processing payments, invoices, HICAPS and health fund claims Answering phones and responding to patient enquiries Managing patient records and ensuring data accuracy Supporting smooth clinic flow and working closely with the clinical team Creating a welcoming, organised and professional environment for patients About You Can work confidently in a fast-paced environment Shows a calm, caring and patient-focused approach Communicates clearly with both patients and clinicians Is reliable, organised and committed to quality care Enjoys being part of a supportive team What We Offer Weekday, evening and weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays) Competitive hourly rates Supportive and friendly environment Opportunities for professional development within a growing dental group The chance to make a real difference to the Kalgoorlie community How to Apply Please submit your resume and a short cover letter outlining your experience to: *************@firstimpressionsdental.com.au Or feel free to drop into the clinic — we’d love to meet you.
