Our Robina Dealership is now seeking a passionate and experienced Workshop Foreman or Master Technician ready to take the next step in their career and lead our high-performing multi-brand service workshop. About the Role As Workshop Controller, you’ll be the driving force behind workshop productivity, technician support, and customer satisfaction. This is a leadership role focused on coordination, problem-solving, and team development—not hands‑on mechanical work. You’ll be working alongside an experienced Workshop Controller, with each of you responsible for your own designated brands. This structure ensures focused leadership, brand expertise, and efficient workflow management across our multi‑franchise operation. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding concerns and scheduling work efficiently Allocate repair orders to technicians to maximize productivity and quality Monitor daily workflow and adjust to accommodate unscheduled jobs Support technicians with diagnostics and troubleshooting across a wide range of vehicles Quote repairs and identify up‑sell opportunities Track workshop performance metrics including repair order status and technician hours Assist the Service Manager with operational and team support What You’ll Bring Extensive experience as a Qualified or Master Technician in a dealership environment Strong leadership and coaching skills Excellent problem‑solving and communication abilities Proven ability to manage time, workflow, and team dynamics A customer‑first mindset and professional presentation Work Schedule Monday to Friday, with rostered Saturdays (O/T) Why Join Von Bibra?
