With state‑of‑the‑art facilities and a dedication to professionalism and service, we want to be a destination practice and invite passionate people to be a part of this journey with us About You 2+ years’ experience as a Dental Assistant working in a high‑paced environment (bonus if you already have your Cert III or Cert IV) Strong understanding of dental procedures and associated chair‑side assisting and room set up Strong understanding of sterilization processes and infection control Can‑do attitude and proactive nature A commitment to a great team culture and a willingness to positively contribute to it Day‑to‑Day and What To Expect Interacting and greeting patients with professionalism and care Assisting practitioners in chair‑side procedures, ensuring a seamless and comfortable patient experience Sterilization and instrument processing Maintaining high infection control standards and cleaning of surgery rooms Working collaboratively with the team and being flexible to adapt to the needs of the practice Regular team and one‑on‑one catch‑ups to assist in your development and work towards your goals for further development What's in it for you?
