The Divisional Business Process Management & Operational Excellence is responsible for driving continuous improvement, standardizing business processes, and enhancing operational efficiency across the division. This role focuses on identifying inefficiencies, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of operational excellence in alignment with strategic goals.This is an individual contributor role with global responsibility, collaborating and providing functional support to factories in the Czech Republic, Denmark, France and China. The position reports directly to the Vice President of the Accessories Division, is based in Vyškov, and involves up to 30% international travel.**The main responsibilities include:*** **Operational Excellence -** Drive the deployment of global standards for Operational Excellence. Provide input to OPEx standards, roles, and responsibilities, ensure continuous follow-up and improvement of VOS/OPEx at the divisional level* **Business Process Management -** Deploy Business Process Management at the divisional level and provide input to BPM standards. Set up and implement BPM governance, ensure continuous follow-up and improvement. Monitor audits for local process compliance.* **Data Management -** Ensure the integrity of structures and data that serve as the basis for reporting and business systems.This role is ideal for a senior manager with a holistic understanding of business operations and strong business acumen.
