Fitness Lifestyle International – Southport QLD A global fitness and lifestyle coaching brand with millions of followers is searching for a visionary Head of Content & Social Strategy to lead its entire digital content ecosystem. With a fast-growing subscription platform and high-profile founders, this brand is scaling rapidly, and now needs a world-class content leader to take it to the next level. This is an opportunity to architect and run a high-performance content machine across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and podcast channels, while leading an internal creative team and driving substantial commercial impact through elite content execution. If you want ownership, speed, creativity, and influence, this is the role. The Role You will design, build and manage the systems, workflows and creative direction behind a multi-channel content engine supporting a global fitness brand and its expanding digital products. You will lead a team of videographers, editors, copywriters and social specialists, manage structured filming schedules, and ensure each content piece is strategic, on-brand and optimised for engagement, reach and conversion. Your leadership will directly influence audience growth, platform performance and subscription revenue, with room to innovate, experiment and push creative boundaries every single day. Key Responsibilities Own and optimise the entire content strategy, planning and production cycle Build, lead and mentor a high-performance internal content team Deliver high-volume, high-quality content across IG, TikTok, YouTube, FB and podcast Direct filming days and creative processes with founders and talent Create standout hooks, trend-driven edits and conversion-focused messaging Analyse performance metrics to refine strategy and maximise results Integrate content strategy with paid media, email marketing and product launches Elevate content quality to set a new industry standard for online fitness brands About You You’re a senior digital content strategist with exceptional creative instincts and the technical execution to match. You operate confidently in fast-paced, founder-led environments and know how to build high-performing brands across multiple platforms. You will bring 7+ years in social media, content strategy or digital marketing Experience scaling multi-platform brands and building creative teams Deep knowledge of algorithms, performance data, audience psychology and trends A strong command of storytelling, hooks, virality and revenue-driven content Leadership capability with a high bar for quality, speed and innovation What Success Looks Like Within 6 months Significant follower growth across IG, TikTok, YouTube and podcast channels Structured, efficient content workflows delivering consistent volume and quality Strong uplift in conversions, engagement and brand authority Within 12 months A fully scaled content machine producing 120+ elite pieces each month Major revenue uplift supported by high-performing content strategies The brand recognised as a category leader in digital fitness content Salary & Benefits $100k–$140k base salary Performance bonuses tied to revenue, subscriber milestones and platform growth Lead a creative function with full strategic ownership High-impact role with global visibility and career-defining potential How to Apply If you’re a visionary content leader ready to build and run a global content engine, we’d love to hear from you.
