Replenishment Planner – Demand Planning Mondelēz International is a global snack leader with iconic brands such as Oreo, Cadbury, Philadelphia, and Ritz. We are seeking an experienced replenishment planner to manage short‑term tactical replenishment within the Demand planning team. Responsibilities Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply planners to maintain accurate stock levels (0‑14 weeks). Own the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycle, ensuring issues and actions are managed to completion. Develop strong communication and partnering links with Demand and Supply Planning to capture supply planning issues and, where applicable, escalated within business‑wide planning forums. Coordinate the weekly drumbeat process to consolidate, resolve, and communicate short‑term (0‑13 weeks) supply constraints. Maintain all relevant system data to required standards, including date validity, analysis, master data and other planning data elements. Deliver all fulfillment reports on time in a user‑friendly format to stakeholders, demand and supply teams and the regional IBP teams. Qualifications Experience in a fast‑moving consumer goods or consumer packaged goods environment, preferably in food or fast‑moving dynamic industry. Experience within an IBP/S&OP environment. Experience in replenishment/demand/supply planning or similar function. Able to influence cross‑functional teams, manage stakeholders, working on priorities and finding solutions. Excellent problem‑solving, analytical and communication skills. High proficiency in Excel. Growth mindset, positive attitude, willingness to challenge the status‑quo and excellent work ethic.
