Allied Health Manager Location: Richmond, New South Wales Time type: Full‑time Posted Today – End Date: January 1 (27 days left to apply) Key Responsibilities Lead the day‑to‑day operations of allied health services, ensuring alignment with divisional objectives and the delivery of connected, patient‑centred care. Manage workforce planning and rostering to support high‑quality clinical services and productivity targets. Monitor financial and performance indicators, taking proactive action to address variances. Use advanced clinical expertise to guide service development, evaluation and continuous improvement. Work collaboratively as part of the senior clinical leadership team to achieve clinical and business goals. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery. Contribute to the strategic planning and future growth of allied health services, including service expansion initiatives. Lead and participate in safety, quality and clinical governance activities, including incident reporting, investigation and risk reduction. Provide clinical services as required, contributing to a multidisciplinary model of care and maintaining a commitment to clinical excellence. Qualifications Relevant tertiary qualification in an Allied Health discipline. Current registration or membership with the appropriate Board or Association. Extensive contemporary experience in a senior Allied Health clinical role. Leadership capability to navigate a complex professional environment and drive high‑quality outcomes. Confidence managing and facilitating change, with a proven ability to implement new initiatives and promote the hospital's Allied Health services. Patient care at the core of everything you do, committed to and supporting the Mission and Values. We Can Offer You Salary: $137,038 to $140,468 per annum, plus 12% superannuation. Permanent Full‑time position. Salary packaging up to $18,550 on benefits such as mortgage, rent, meal entertainment, holiday accommodation or other everyday expenses.
