Direct Care Worker (Cert III) - In-Home Care - Aged Care We are looking for Domestic Assistants (no qualification required, PCA's are welcome to apply) that can provide an exceptional level of care and support to elderly clients who wish to remain living independently in the community. This role is perfect for parents who have school aged children as the majority of the work is available between 9am - 3pm. The main duty of this role is assisting your clients with their household cleaning, so experience as a professional cleaner or housekeeper is a bonus but not essential. To be considered for these roles you MUST have or be willing to get the following: Victorian Drivers Licence Reliable car which is registered and insured Clear police check - McArthur will pay for this Working with Children's Check Card Current First Aid & CPR Training 3 x COVID vaccinations and a 2025 flu vaccination is preferred Be available to work 5 days per week for 6hrs per day (Mon to Fri - between 8am - 5pm) In return for your hard work, McArthur can offer: Guaranteed 4hrs minimum work each day you are available Weekly pay - $43.13 per hr + 99c per KM inbetween clients The opportunity to work within your local community - Geelong and surrounding areas A rewarding career in the Aged Care industry For further information please contact Rebecca on 6*** or send your CV via the link below Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
