Join to apply for the Senior AI Engineer role at IAG . This is a permanent full-time role based in Naarm (Melbourne) or Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney). What You’ll Do Develop and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions and APIs. Own software lifecycle including CI/CD, testing, and documentation. Collaborate across teams and mentor junior engineers. Stay current with GenAI, Agentic AI, and emerging technologies. What You’ll Bring Strong proficiency in Python (Python 3). Experience with GenAI, Machine Learning, and MLOps. Hands‑on experience with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, Google ADK, OpenAI Agents SDK). Ability to work with data scientists to deploy, maintain, and optimize machine learning models in accordance with architectural guidelines. Experience with enterprise‑grade AI/ML platforms (e.g., VertexAI). Expertise in implementing and using tools to monitor and evaluate the performance, reliability, and scalability of ML models. REST API development using FastAPI (preferred), Flask, or Django. Solid understanding of software architecture and DevOps practices. Experience with cloud technologies (GCP preferred), Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with SQL and vector databases. Experience with TLS, Terraform, Helm, minio, preferred.
