Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies for government affairs and market access . Represent the organisation in policy consultations , industry forums, and advocacy initiatives. Oversee clinical trials , registries, and post‑market surveillance. Ensure compliance with TGA regulations and global standards. Build relationships with key opinion leaders , research institutions, and healthcare providers. Organise advisory boards, symposia, and education programs. Provide strategic input to product development and marketing teams. About You To be successful in this role, your background will include: Strong experience in medical devices, orthopaedics, or spine surgery, with exposure to government affairs and clinical research. Knowledge of TGA regulations, clinical trial governance, and health economics. Proven ability to influence policy and engage senior stakeholders. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Tertiary qualification in Medicine, Biomedical Science, Pharmacy, or related field; postgraduate degree preferred. Additional Requirements To be eligible to apply, you must have full working rights in Australia/NZ, a valid Driver’s Licence, the ability to travel nationally and internationally as required, and be fully vaccinated against COVID‑19.
