Join a busy, hands‑on logistics team We’re looking for a motivated Goods Inwards Coordinator to oversee the daily flow of inbound goods at our Perth facility. This is a hands‑on supervisory role focused on team coordination, container unloading, and warehouse efficiency. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the Goods Inwards team during unloading and receiving operations Oversee safe and efficient unloading of shipping containers and inbound deliveries Allocate staff and resources to meet daily operational targets Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards Communicate closely with the Goods Inwards Manager regarding workload, priorities, and any operational issues Conduct visual checks on incoming goods and escalated any discrepancies Support a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Please note: All systems, bookings, and data entry (including ERP or warehouse management systems) are managed by the Goods Inwards Manager. This role is focused primarily on staff coordination, workflow management, and physical warehouse operations. What We’re Looking For Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or goods receiving environment Proven ability to lead or coordinate a small team Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment Strong attention to safety and operational efficiency Forklift licence (LF) highly regarded Reliable, punctual, and proactive work ethic Hands on and lead by example.
