Develop assessment guides and training modules. Arrange refresher and re‑training to maintain compliance. Analyse feedback from participants and trainers to improve training effectiveness. Maintain accurate training records and ensure all mandatory requirements are met. Support and ensure mentoring of employees. Collaborate with the Training Manager to identify and deliver training priorities. Promote company training policies and foster a culture of continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For Experience in food production or processing operations (desirable). Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or similar (desirable). Previous experience delivering training in a production environment is highly regarded. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and effective training techniques for mature learners. Ability to analyse and improve training effectiveness. Strong organisational, communication, and people skills. Benefits Competitive pay and staff discounts on our products.
