About the role The Senior Case Manager (SCM) provides individual case management in detention to young people on arrest, remand and those who are sentenced in liaison with Youth Justice Community. Senior Case Managers convene Case Planning meetings, manage complex cases, document and make appropriate referrals to ensure individual case plans are fully implemented. The Senior Case Manager also prepares documentation to releasing authorities such as the Supervised Release Review Board and informs program development. Eligibility Permanent positions – To be eligible for appointment to permanent positions in the West Australian Public Sector you must be an Australian citizen or have permanent resident status in Australia.
