We are currently hiring an experienced Administrator Assistant for a permanent, full-time role at our Ormeau, Brisbane facility. Responsibilities (include but not limited): Ensuring the timely and accurate completion of all customer-related activities to support effective revenue management. Providing structured administrative assistance , including Purchase Order Processing, Inventory Handling, Export/Import Documentation, Transport Log Coordination, Detailed Data Entry, and Analytical reporting to track Delivery or Pickup variances. Delivering positive customer interactions , fostering strong relationships and service excellence. Implementing efficient administrative processes to enhance productivity within your scope of work. Adhering to industry standards and compliance regulations , including Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ), HACCP, and Approved Arrangement guidelines, while maintaining Chain of Responsibility (COR) compliance. Upholding food safety, quality, and legal requirements , ensuring strict adherence to policies and best practices. Requirements: Proven experience in a Customer Service or similar role, with industry-specific experience preferred. Minimum of 3+ years of customer service experience is required. Exceptional customer service, problem‑solving, and influencing skills, ensuring positive outcomes. Strong attention to detail and proficiency in accurate, timely data entry to support efficient operations. Effective verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and professional interactions. Strong time management and organisational abilities, ensuring productivity and task prioritisation. Advanced IT proficiency, including expertise in Microsoft Office, WMS, and TMS systems. Experience with warehouse management systems is required.
