We currently have a fantastic Estimator (not a dual role) opportunity with a highly respected and sought‑after mid‑sized insurance repair builder. Role Providing assessment and estimate reports on projects ranging from residential, commercial and industrial insurance repair jobs. Tendering and other standard estimating processes. Projects that provide variety and professional growth, from BAU to major loss. Full time, on the road, office work with WFH benefits and flexibility. Responsibilities Prepare accurate estimates for insurance repair projects of all sizes. Tender projects and manage standard estimating processes. Operate on the road and in the office, balancing field and desk work. Qualifications Insurance Estimating experience (or licensed builders with an understanding of insurance estimating). Trade background preferred. Strong customer service, people and management skills. Organised with professional presentation. Team player. Current driver’s licence. Bonus: Cert IV Building & Construction or Bachelor’s in Construction field. Benefits Salary range: $100 000 – $115 000 p/a + vehicle + super (experience dependent). Location: Brisbane, QLD (hybrid).
