Team Lead – Integrated Domestic Violence and Family Services (IDVFS) We're looking for an experienced and motivated Team Lead – in our new Integrated Domestic and Family Violence Services (IFDVS) program to provide leadership and professional guidance to our IFDVS team. Based in Lismore, the role will look after clients in Lismore, Kyogle and Richmond Valley localities. You’ll oversee case management services that focus on keeping Aboriginal families safe and accessing options to reframe experiences , ensuring that all practice is therapeutic, trauma‑informed, strengths‑based and culturally appropriate. Key Responsibilities Lead and support a dedicated team of caseworkers to action the IDFVS programme. Oversee complex case management and ensure high‑quality, culturally safe service delivery. Advocate for Aboriginal children and families. Develop and maintain strong relationships with community, government and service partners. Prepare high‑level reports, documentation and data submissions in line with program and funding requirements. Promote reflective practice, professional growth and continuous improvement across the team. About You Degree or higher qualification in Community Services, Social Work, Psychology or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in child protection, family preservation, family and domestic violence or case management roles. Minimum 5+ years of experience in child protection, family and domestic violence or case management is required. Demonstrated leadership and team supervision skills. Strong understanding of issues impacting Aboriginal children, families and communities , including intergenerational trauma and cultural identity. Excellent communication, interpersonal and report‑writing skills. Current NSW Driver’s Licence , Working With Children Check and National Police Check clearance.
