Overview Total Beauty Network is growing - fast - and we’re searching for a Display & Merchandising Coordinator (Fixtures) who wants to be right at the centre of our in-store experience across Designer Brands, Raww and Inika. This is your chance to be the person who makes our retail presence shine — the stands, the fixtures, the displays, the updates, the upgrades… all the things customers see and love. WHAT YOU’LL DO (AND LOVE DOING) You’ll dive into the world of retail displays and merchandising - hands-on, fast-paced, detail-driven and seriously rewarding. Day to day, you’ll be: Coordinating retail display and fixture orders end-to-end - quotes, timelines, installs Liaising with shopfitters, merch agencies and suppliers to bring every project to life Managing display schedules, installs, updates and troubleshooting with ease Supporting sales, marketing, customer service and warehouse teams Ensuring every stand, display and merchandising moment is on-brand and delivered on time Tracking progress, reporting milestones and keeping everyone in the loop Solving problems (before anyone else even knows they exist) Helping deliver a seamless, premium retail experience across all TBN brands This role is BIG on impact - your work literally shows up in stores across Australia. Who will thrive in this role Someone who LOVES coordinating people, timelines and beautiful retail outcomes. You’re organised, energetic and thrive in fast-paced environments.
