About the Role Are you compassionate, switched on, and passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our team supporting customers in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) home in Emerald. What You’ll Be Doing Providing personal care that respects the dignity and needs of each customer Supporting with meal preparation and medication administration Assisting with mobility aids, including hoisting Maintaining a safe, clean environment through domestic assistance Supporting customers to access and engage with the community Being a friendly, reliable, and empowering presence every day What We’re Looking For A passion for supporting others and a strong work ethic Willingness to work as part of a team within a 24/7 rotating roster, including active overnight shifts A "can-do" attitude, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach Willingness to learn and follow customer support plans Essential Requirements Current Driver’s Licence (P2 or open) Senior First Aid & CPR Certificate NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card) QLD Blue Card (Working with Children Check) Why Join Us?
