Senior Analyst, Stress Testing – Macquarie Group – Group Treasury division, playing a key role in enterprise‑wide stress testing projects. Responsibilities • Collaborate with Treasury and central risk teams to design and execute stress testing scenarios across the Group’s operating divisions. • Analyse balance sheet and risk impacts, prepare detailed reporting for senior stakeholders, and support ongoing stress testing framework improvements. • Communicate complex stress testing concepts clearly to non‑technical audiences, including group leadership and external regulators. Qualifications Strong numerical and analytical skills with a proven ability to solve complex problems. Experience in Group Stress Testing or similar aggregate risk / stress testing environments is beneficial. Excellent communication skills, able to present technical findings to non‑technical stakeholders at all levels. Curiosity and desire to solve bespoke problems while demonstrating a deep understanding of how things work. Benefits 1 wellbeing leave day per year.
