Overview Senior Product Manager – Service NSW Digital Services Join to apply for the Senior Product Manager – Service NSW Digital Services role at NSW Department of Customer Service. Key Details Salary range: A$126,898–A$152,000 base salary plus superannuation. Location: Haymarket, Gosford or Parramatta (headquarters across McKell, Parramatta and Gosford). Responsibilities Define vision, strategy and roadmap for digital products, ensuring customer experience is at the core. Conduct user research, synthesize insights and translate into actionable product decisions. Own the product lifecycle: needs assessment, story mapping, stakeholder management and test‑and‑learning. Balance Service NSW and government goals, customer needs and technical feasibility to design and ship products. Facilitate communication and decision‑making, even with imperfect information. Qualifications Product Management experience in a lean digital environment, successfully shipping products with great customer experience. Strong analytical skills: outline success metrics and measure product success. Ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps and think big while working small. Experience leading from within a product team, engaging diverse internal and external stakeholders. Prior experience with modern technologies, platforms and user‑centred design practices is an asset.
