The Opportunity – Full-Time or Part-Time (School Hours Available) We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Business Manager to join our high-performing team. This role is offered on a full-time or part-time basis (school hours available), 5 days per week including Saturday. You’ll take ownership of delivering finance volume, F&I income, and departmental profitability in line with BMW and internal targets, while enjoying the flexibility that works for your lifestyle. What You’ll Do Drive finance penetration across Used department Maintain compliance with BMW Finance and all regulatory requirements Build strong relationships with both customers and internal teams Adapt to changing market conditions and consistently meet financial goals Deliver an exceptional customer experience every time. What You’ll Bring Up-to-date compliance knowledge Proven success in a Business Manager role, ideally within a prestige dealership Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset Results-driven approach with high personal accountability Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar F&I position Why Join Brighton BMW Mentone?
