Key selection criteria: Demonstrates experience in rostering/payroll systemsExcellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skillsTask driven and focused with an ability to time manage, prioritize and multitaskStrong administration skillsAbility to work well under pressureAbility to work independently and in a teamWell presented with a professional and friendly mannerismIntermediate Microsoft Office skillsDuties include but are not limited to: Play a pivotal role in the management of the staff rosters and the administration of the rostering/payroll system and employee leave plannersManaging all telephone calls in a professional and polite mannerProvide administrative support to the Airport ManagerEstablishing and maintaining systems and processes for all administrative areas of the office/Airport facilitiesHandle and store sensitive information appropriatelyPrepare and maintain internal Airline billing recordsGeneral ad-hoc duties where assignedCandidate requirements: Previous rostering experience is preferablePrevious payroll experience is preferableExcellent communication skills and confidence to handle all employee enquiriesStrong computer skills including all Microsoft Office suiteTo Apply: Please apply via the 'apply now' button.
