The Job We are looking for a Video Producer to create innovative, trend‑driven video content across Val Morgan Digital’s family of brands. From short‑form social videos to creative campaigns and brand partnerships, this role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling and thrives in a fast‑moving, creative environment. No two days will ever look the same, but your week might include: Partnering with the Head of Video and the Director of Social and Platform to plan and execute outstanding content for Tasty channels (primarily TikTok – but open to wherever the next big platform takes us) Collaborating with external talent to bring fresh energy, perspectives, and creativity to our content Using editorial insights and data‑driven storytelling to elevate the quality and impact of our videos Supporting commercial brainstorming sessions and bringing brand campaigns to life through engaging video Developing new video series, one‑off projects, and creative experiments that keep Tasty at the forefront of digital trends Who are we looking for? You are deeply immersed in digital culture and passionate about storytelling that makes people stop scrolling. You are creative, resourceful, and have a genuine love for food, social media, and innovative ideas. We are looking for someone with: Three or more years of experience producing engaging, high‑quality food content A strong background in video production, demonstrating creativity, range, and humour A solid understanding of what makes digital video content engaging and shareable Experience working directly with clients and business partners Skills in filming, video editing, presenting, and voice‑over production Experience editing videos directly within social media platforms The ability to plan, ideate, and use data and analytics to guide creative decisions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Why Val Morgan Digital?
