This permanent full-time opportunity is perfect for someone looking for a flexible, fun and empowering workplace to expand their skills and grow their own portfolio.BlueRock Finance is looking for someone who prides themselves on building and maintaining relationships, cemented by sound and proactive advice on all things finance.What you'll be doingOwning the relationship with our clients and providing amazing customer serviceAttending client meetings with brokers and taking notes around client’s situation and objectivesWorking with broker to understand servicing capacity for loans and the required structure for the application.Logging and managing opportunities in HubSpot and assigning to relevant advisorUnderstanding the inputs to the serviceability calculator so the information can be input correctly into MyCRM and ApplyOnline (AOL)Building and improving relationships with clients in aligned broker’s portfolio.·Being prepared for annual audit around NCCP regulated clients and assist with any questions from the auditors.Reviewing loan applications and overseeing the pre-credit functions of the loan processUpholding compliance and maintaining data hygiene

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in mortgage lending/ brokingHigh knowledge of settlement procedures, loan processes, and documentation.Strong understanding of NCC legislation and disclosures required for home lending in a personal name. Proactive in managing NCC process for the portfolio and organised for annual audit.Strong understanding of pricing process and where to lodge pricing requests.
