Job Specification As Pharmacist in Charge, you’ll lead a small but dedicated team in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. You’ll work closely with a small dispensary and front of shop team. This is a forward-dispensing pharmacy with a strong focus on customer service, vaccinations, and professional services. Duties include checking a low volume Webster packs prepared by techs and administering vaccinations. You’ll be the sole pharmacist on duty during your roster, spread across four weekdays and Saturday mornings. Skills Required Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a community pharmacy setting Accreditation to vaccinate Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills Experience with professional services and forward dispensing Salary & Benefits From $55/hour , with final rate negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
