Project Marketing Manager

Join a respected private land developer as the Project Marketing Manager, leading end-to-end marketing for 1–2 residential land projects, including a major masterplanned community. This role is ideal for a hands‑on marketer who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys shaping project brands, driving strong lead generation, and delivering seamless launch and release campaigns. Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Director and cross‑functional teams, you’ll play a key role in delivering compelling campaigns, enhancing customer experience, and positioning projects for sales success. Key Responsibilities This is a full‑time permanent role which has been newly created due to growth and acquisition. You will be based from Sydney CBD with travel to project sites when required. Develop integrated marketing strategies and annual plans for residential land projects. Manage project budgets, timelines, forecasts and key performance targets. Conduct market research, competitor analysis and buyer profiling to inform positioning. Oversee brand development and creation of all marketing and sales collateral. Manage external creative partners to deliver high‑quality digital and print content. Execute digital marketing campaigns and optimise websites, landing pages and customer journeys. Monitor analytics, lead performance and continuously refine digital campaigns for conversion. Lead marketing for staged land releases, including messaging, pricing support and events. Manage relationships with internal teams, agencies, vendors, council and community partners. Track performance metrics and provide regular reporting to the leadership team. About You You are an experienced project marketer with : 5+ years in property or project marketing Demonstrated experience delivering marketing for land estates or masterplanned communities essential Strong digital marketing expertise and ability to interpret analytics Excellent stakeholder, project management and communication skillsCreative capability with high attention to detail Experience managing budgets and agencies Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing and experience with CRM / CMS platforms Own vehicle and driver’s licence for site visits Why Join?
