Position: Staff Development Nurse (ANF RN Level 2) Location: Fremantle Hospital And Health Service – FH Nursing and Midwifery Education Service, Fremantle, WA Salary: $109,599 – $115,682 per annum Employment type: Full‑time, Permanent Position No: Closing Date: 16 December 2025, 4:00 PM Attachments Applicant Information Package.pdf Job Application Information Sheet.pdf Staff Development Nurse ANF RN2 FSFHG SM - Mental Health .pdf Working with SMHS .pdf About the Role This permanent, full‑time appointment is within the Fremantle Hospital and Health Service’s Nursing and Midwifery Education Service. Responsibilities Plan, implement and evaluate education and training related to clinical practices at the ward or unit level. Educate and train staff as part of the multidisciplinary team. Facilitate and promote patient safety and quality of care, collaborating to ensure services are delivered in accordance with health‑service policy and standards. Practice within scope of practice, following the Nursing and Midwifery Board’s Nursing Practice Decision Flowchart. Qualifications and Requirements Applicants should have valid NDIS, BSc (Nursing), and relevant clinical experience. Experience in mental health nursing and a commitment to professional growth are strongly desired.
