We’re seeking a Principal Consultant to play a key role in delivering high‑impact client engagements and supporting the growth of Datacom’s consulting practice. This role is ideal for an experienced consultant with strong delivery skills, commercial acumen, and a passion for shaping opportunities and working with high‑performing cross‑functional teams. Key Responsibilities Lead client engagements across strategy, transformation, and technology domains. Contribute to presales activities, including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations. Partner with sales and delivery teams to create compelling value propositions. Support the development of consulting capability aligned to market demand and emerging trends. Build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities for ongoing collaboration. Champion Datacom’s consulting‑led approach to technology, reinforcing our market presence and client value. What We’re Looking For Proven consulting experience with a track record of delivering successful outcomes. Strong presales capability, including shaping solutions and engaging stakeholders. A growth mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and contribute to scaling offerings. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
